Windermere Works Business Centre
Windermere Works Business Centre appointed Arrow to design a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, plus an air conditioning system, for its new ground floor office development within its office complex in Windermere, Cumbria.
“During the refurbishment of our Windermere based business centre, ‘Windermere Works’, we commissioned Arrow to undertake the design and specification of an HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) system for
installation on the ground floor of our premises.
In addition to the need to satisfy building control legislation and provide the level of adaptable comfort
required within each of the various office units being created we also required that the exposed ductwork
complimented the industrial heritage of the building alongside our interior design concept.
