Tretonia (UK) Limited contracted Arrow to carry out the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design for their prestigious A-rated housing development at Viver Green in Hincaster, Cumbria.
The 22-house scheme utilised renewable technologies such as solar PV, air source heat pump and mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems. The houses also had underfloor heating installed using the latest technology infrastructure.

Arrow’s knowledge and experience has helped us to deliver a renewable energy scheme for our site, which has since been awarded a grade ‘A’ SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) rating, the highest grade of energy efficiency for homes.”
